Catalan Conlon is a strategy consultant who works with social change organizations to build powerful philanthropy and fundraising programs. She has supported nonprofits of all sizes, from small local direct service organizations to international networks. She focuses largely on strategy and planning, training and coaching development staff, working with organizations to increase their outreach and relationship building with funders, and overall leadership development and capacity building.
Catalan has worked with more than 75 organizations and is well-versed in the giving practices of progressive foundations and donors.
