Catalan Conlon is a strategy consultant who helps organizations build powerful philanthropy and fundraising programs. She works primarily with organizations centered around social impact and equity on a broad range of issues such as economic justice, education reform, gun violence prevention, racial justice, youth justice, leadership, capacity building, and strengthening the nonprofit sector, among others.

Catalan has worked with more than 75 organizations and is well-versed in the giving practices of progressive foundations and donors. Her consulting engagements have most often included leadership teams, development teams, program directors, academic researchers, funders, and boards of directors. In particular, her engagements include:

Catalan works with each client to craft a customized approach appropriate for the organization and unique set of issues at hand. Client engagements typically range from six months to one year in length. She is adept at project management, team building, and bringing clarity to complex processes.  

After 20 years of living and working in Washington DC, Catalan now lives in Los Angeles and works with organizations across the country. She is also a certified professional coach.
